Made It To 100+ Followers. Now This Is What Is Happening
Well, thank you to everyone that helped me achieve this 100 members wall.
I truly appreciate all the efforts that have been made.
Guess what? Even though I could apply for a partnership at Medium and get my posts to monetize, I will not do it…yet anyway and here’s why.
First
Medium for me will be used as a rodding platform for my soon-to-be-released website blog.
Also, I want to build organic and genuine followers that will enjoy my posts here.
I will not monetize until I have around 300 posts directly on Medium and or on my blog outside Medium.
Second
I want to write high-ranking posts here that will be near the top of the Google page and I don’t want organic users to see a wall and have to pay for it.
This would kill my intent to get some natural traffic.
I will write about News and Facts (funny, sarcastic or serious), Tech Stuff, Food and Living and Health and Fitness.
These are all my passion in real life and I don’t write for numbers, I write because I want to talk about these subjects.

Third
I do not need the money from Medium, for now anyway!
I will apply (IF I DO) for partnerships with around 300 posts as mentioned above.
If my strategy fails, then it will be OK. Just being here posting my ideas and you reading them are worth much more than money to me.
